I. THE ARENA ALLIANCE

The Arena XL Guild is known as an elite gaming guild within the Bahr Server of MU Philippines which was establish in the early 2005, whose training focuses not only on traditional level up and warrior PK and hunting skills but also on its strong esprit de corps. As its men and women came from different walks of life, religion and nationalities with different cultures, this is a widely accepted solution to strengthen and forge unity amongst players in a virtual world that’s MU.

II. OUR VISION

• The Men and Women of Arena is committed to a vision of a professionalism, and a dynamic motivated gamers working together in-game and in life to forge true friendship.
• Our vision of the “True Arena Warrior” is a classically-educated man or woman who has the knowledge, skills, and personal qualities, abilities, and attributes, necessary to meet and overcome all obstacles that they may encounter in-game or in their everyday life.
• A True Arena warrior understands the cost of battle and knows that the true victor is one who achieves their end without even doing any battle

V. MEMBERS PLEDGE

• I will love and serve GOD, my guild and my guild mates and allies;
• I will uphold the Arena rules and conduct and obey legal and just orders of its authorities;

• I will respect the customs and traditions of other guilds to include mine and
• I will live a decent and virtuous life to serve as an example to others.

VI. MEMBERSHIP

a. Application for Membership

Regular Member (XL,XS, X3M, K!D, CK)

• Level requirements for ArenaXL is 400
• Level requirements for Sub Guilds is 350 and above
• Applicant must be endorsed and vouched by at least two (2) regular Arena Members
• All application for membership shall be course for approval of GM Huang_Ti.

Alliances

• Level requirements for allies will depend on their respective Guilds requirement.
• XL respects the recruitment process for each ally guild provided that they conform with arrangement set prior to the approval of their application for alliance.
• XL may endorse a would be member to its allies.

b. Application for Guild Alliance

ArenaXL shall form alliances with a reputable guild, alliance policies and conditions shall be set among and between ArenaXL and it’s would be ally. Alliance may be dissolved should their be any violation with what was stipulated in their initial agreement or for non compliance with the policies set forth.

VII. CONTRIBUTION

• Every character in the alliance is required to submit 255 sols and 1 Large SD pot per week.
• The contributions will be given to the respective GMs, AGMs and representatives and then be collected by Huang Ti or caloy17 from the guild masters. (It is the responsibility of respective GM's and AGM’s to collect tax from their members)
• These contributions will be used for Castle Siege registration and events like MU Liga and Duel masters.

VIII. SERVER RULES

[PK and Non-Pk]

a. PK Servers

• If you do not wish to get hurt or handle the humiliation of defeat then stay away from PVP servers. We have no room for cry babies.
• PKing any member or ally for purposes of getting a warning is tolerated to prevent members from being bugged.
• PKing or KSing any member or ally for a spot is not tolerated.PKing in defense of any member or ally is tolerated, because we take care of our own.
• Avoid trash talk if PKing or getting PKed.

b. Non PK Servers

• KSing among any member or ally is strictly forbidden.
• KSing to support any member or ally is tolerated.
• Avoid trash talk if being KSed or during KS wars.

IX. CHAT RULES

a. Alliance Chat

• No alliance chat flooding
• No trash talk is allowed
• Should you have conflict with any other member or ally you can utilize the following means to communicate with them: guild chat, party chat, private message or mail them with your complaints and or disgust to avoid inconvenience to other members.
• Announcement to your specific guild should be on your guild chat.
• Complaints or disgust should not be aired on the alliance chat but rather it should be course to the proper forum. Thus complaints must be elevated to your respective GM and your GM shall elevate the same to the alliance GM for proper disposition
• During Castle siege please limit the use of the alliance chat for this is the main communication to relay commands and other instructions.
• Refrain from using ALL CAPS.

b. Regular Chat

• No Trash Talk is allowed – we pride ourselves as a guild with breeding and high respect.

X. LOT RULES

a. NO AFK

• No mana, no answer in 10 minutes, is considered as an AFKer, thus he/she can be KSed. The one taking over the spot should have the decency to mail the AFKer informing him that he has been declared AFK and can be KSed
• AFKers can be looted.
• PK is not a recommended recourse for AFKers. Since there is an invasion in Loren Valley, PKing AFKers might lead to level down.
• Thus. KSing rather than PKing is recommended.

b. LOT POLICE

Appointed battle masters are the designated LOT Police. They are tasked to enforce the LOT Rules and they are authorized to PK inside LOT. Should there be no LOT Police incase of LOT conflict the incident shall be address via Alliance Chat and should be immediately acted upon by any ArenaXL member online.

c. NO KILLER / BUGGERs

Killers (one who kills an ally for spot or just for trip) and buggers except designated LOT Police will be PKed on sight or reported to alliance police for appropriate action. (Any member who is in a killer status who just enter the lot and does not bother any ally or member who is just hunting to remove his killer status must be given consideration)

d. NO REQUEST OFF No one is allowed to reject the invitation to a party. This encourages sharing spots and loots inside LOT. Violators will be forced out of LOT only by the designated LOT police.

e. PARTY SYSTEM

• If hunting solo, spot may be claimed by a party of 3, but everyone is obliged to party.
• A party is qualified as long as there are 3 non-AFK people
• A party of 3-4 people is obliged to make the party full if need arises.
• Slots (not SPOTS)be reserved for a maximum period of 10 minutes (vault, DC, repots, errands, etc.)
• Regarding loots, HYON, ANUBIS, GAION and ARGO will be shared by the party. Other set items are free for all.
• Jewel rotation is encouraged, but is dependent on the rules set by the party.

f. SPOT

The first spot in LOT immediately after entrance is reserved for the GM party or police party. Other spots are free for all.

XI. LORD’S MIX RULES

• Lord's Mix applications must be submitted to their respective GMs.
• The GMs will then forward the approved applications to the alliance Lord.
• It is the disgression of the alliance Lord who will mix.
• There will be a fee for every mix set at 5 bless, 5 soul, 5 JOG, 100m.
• This fee will go to the alliance mix or will be used to create lifestones and other things needed by the alliance
• The alliance mix can be raffled, or lent to people that need it. It is the disgression of the GM to whom the item will be lent to. The alliance mix item is the property of the alliance.
